We have been involved in all aspects of insurance related building repairs for over 30 years. Our experience encompasses a wide range of buildings including commercial, residential, multi-occupancy mansion blocks and listed buildings.
Unlike many surveying professionals, our experience provides an invaluable understanding of policy liability allowing us to interact closely with the appointed loss adjuster and insurers. It is this combination of experience and professionalism that sets us apart.
We recognise the need to formulate an action plan from the outset in respect of emergency works, rapid mobilisation of contractors, phased working and exploring alternative construction techniques to minimise business interruption.
We have developed many positive relationships with specialist and general building contractors and consultants including architects whom we use on a regular basis.
