Tim is a director and founder of Subtilis Consulting Ltd. He has over thirty years experience in the building sector and has worked in diverse fields such as civil engineering, telecommunications, project management and building surveying. He has carried out training seminars on subsidence and building related damage for insurance claims teams, solicitors and insurance brokers.
